Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised, dynamic administrator to join our team and facilitate effective communication between our sales and customer support teams to ensure we deliver service of the highest possible standard to our customers.

THE CANDIDATE This is an opportunity for someone with who can easily demonstrate their administrative and communication skills and who knows what it takes to deliver service excellence.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for coordinating the efficient flow of customer orders from sales through to customer support for implementation, ensuring that accuracy is maintained throughout.

Key Duties:

• Prepare order templates / order processing

• Maintain up to date and accurate customer records

• Handle day to day enquiries from key account customers and sales partners

• Carry out transactional account changes with cellular suppliers on behalf of customers

• Complete appropriate paperwork associated with the sales order process

• Supply pricing information to customers and accept orders

• Quality check orders prior to invoicing

• Provide commercial and procedural guidance to sales team

• Analyse and report on key metrics as defined by the management team

This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys team working in a supportive capacity and is looking to pursue an exciting opportunity in a fast paced and challenging environment.
