Marketing Executive

We are inviting applications from candidates with experience working in a similar role, ideally holding a degree in a marketing related subject.
You will be responsible for marketing planning and the implementation of all marketing activities through relevant communication mediums to drive generation of ‘warmed leads.’ You’ll handle campaign launch and provide end-to-end management including creation of supplier briefs, coordinating production of promotional materials, planning website marketing activity, and internal briefing on timescales and propositions of all activity. In addition you’ll be reporting on campaign effectiveness to directors with commentary and recommendations. A strong commercial awareness and proven ability to manage budgets effectively is essential to be considered for this role.
The ability to lead and motivate others is crucial as you will be supervising telemarketing staff and taking responsibility for their output. This aspect of the role also includes the sourcing and management of telemarketing data.
You’ll be involved in market research and PR activities and as such it’s essential that you are confident and can demonstrate outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
Other responsibilities include maintenance of the company website, support of CRM strategies, liaison with design agencies to produce advertising and promotional collateral.
You will be targeted on the creation of new leads and opportunities and so you must have a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy working in a results orientated environment. Telesales Executives
Basic up to £16,000 plus commission
We have exciting plans to expand our new business sales team in 2010 and need to bring talented, professional sales people on board. No two days will be the same as this role offers a variety of challenges. You will be targeted on booking appointments for our mobile phone solutions, our vehicle tracking system and Active IT services. In addition to setting appointments you will also be able to close smaller value mobile phone sales over the phone and earn more commission.
We provide full training, a fun and friendly office environment (we are not a call centre!), the tools and support you need to be a success and excellent financial rewards. Ideally you will have some B2B telesales experience and the ability to create your own pipeline, build rapport with your prospects and accurately quote and sell to potential customers.

New Business Field Sales Executive

Focussing on new business, you will be required to develop your own pipeline to meet targets and devise a sales strategy that generates sales opportunities through a range of activities – from cold calling, appointment setting, marketing activity etc. Our highly trained telesales team will also book some of your appointments for you and you will be provided with full training, managerial support and quality data/information to be a success.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to use their existing field sales skills in an exciting and fast paced industry and a reputable and ethical organisation.
