Create Mail for Exchange Profile (Nokia E71) 

You can creat a Mail for Exchange profile when prompted to immediately after installing the program or by pressing Menu > Installations > MfE > Mail for Exchange > Menu > Create profile. (if you do not have Mail for Exchange installed you can get details on how to get it from Installing Mail for Exchange)

On the first page enter your email address, domain, username and password in the applicable fields. Also select the network Access point where the connection will go through.

 Once complete click click. The handset will try to search for the required server settings although it is unlikely to be able to retrieve these so they will need to be entered manually.

 Where prompted enter your company's server address (this can be provided by your IT department) along with whether SSL or any other form of certificate is used.

Once complete click Options and then select Save. Once the details are saved it will automatically attempt to reconnect to the server.

 If all the details are correct then the screen will show the current status update from Connecting > Connected > Syncing Email > Idle, and the Last sync option will show the date and time the Sync completed.

 To check your inbox on the handset select Messaging from the home screen and then scroll down to and select Mail for Exchange from the list. Your emails should appear there.
