Client satisfaction survey
At Active Business Communications, we place utmost importance on looking after our customers and appreciate that the best way to make sure we’re fulfilling their needs is to ask them what they want. So once a year we undertake a client satisfaction survey where we speak to a selection of our customers and ask them what they think of the service they receive, what’s impressed them most about the service, any disappointments they’ve had and whether they would recommend us to others.
Our last survey was completed in March 2009 and we’re delighted to report that the feedback we received was excellent. Our customers spoke very highly of their account managers and anyone they have had contact with from Active Business Communications, with many commenting on the excellent service and how professional and knowledgeable our sales team are – it seems to be our friendly, approachable and personable aspect that impresses our customers the most.
- 86% of respondents rated our service as very good
- 80% of respondents said there was nothing else we could do to make their lives easier
- 93% of respondents said they would recommend us (and in many cases, already had)
